CFLabs' portfolio of services are characterised by quality at competitive prices, which is maintained by constant development of forensic technology.
In CFLabs, research, innovation and development form part of our everyday activities, our way of working. In such a fledgling sector as electronic evidence, investment in R+D+innovation becomes an essential aspect of the business.
CFLabs currently has two main lines of proactive research open:
Forensic Automation:
Development of new technologies, tools and/or methodologies that allow improvement in the level of automation during the phases when electronic evidence is obtained: evidence assurance, forensic extraction and analysis. These types of research and development projects look to minimize the level of interaction required by the user and usage of IOPs, CPU and memory (in that order), at the same time as looking to maximize the flexibility of the workflow manager, traceability through the system and the detection and general resilience against anomalies of entered data.
Forensic Extraction:
Development of new technologies, tools and/or methodologies that allow the recovery of more evidence, in a quicker and more effective manner, thereby always minimizing the legal risk and the necessary resources to be used.
